This evening’s Tamil service will feature the combination of our English and Tamil congregations. At several important times of year, we gather together to celebrate Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Easter. While we may worship in different styles and languages, we are all part of Christ’s body.
American Baptist Home Mission Societies is please to announce that they will be hosting this year's Space for Grace rally in Philadelphia. The featured speak at this years event will be the world famous author and theologian Walter Brueggmann. The conference will provide opportunities for refreshment and renewal, along with opportunities to connect with passionate speaker, workshop leaders and fellow participants, around critical issues facing Christians today - mission engagement, discipleship, and worship and church transformation - through discussion, sharing and hands-on participation.
What is the Christian message today
…in a climate in which the lens of our moral compass
may be clouded by the constant rhetoric of intolerance, supremacy, misogyny, and jockeying for the crumbs that fall from the tables of America’s wealthy top 2%? You are invited to the PBA Clergy’s 1st Annual Missiological Conversation.
Our Missiological Conversation begins at 9:00am. Join us at the tables for a time of sharing and fellowship. Church leaders are invited to talk to one another about what we do, why we do it, and how it’s done, in the name of Jesus Christ (mission). Please see the reverse side of this flyer for the program format.
We will have two speakers to help us investigate our concern for the Christian moral compass across the Nation and in Metro-Philadelphia. They will reflect on the theme Her Faith, Her Lens!!

Join us as we lift up our Tamil brothers and sisters in prayer. Churches from all over Pennsylvania will be gathering to pray for immigrant families across the country who are facing difficult and uncertain times. As new quotas and intensified screenings get implemented all across our country's legal immigrant communities, lives are upturned and fears are stoked. We will gather to pray, organize, and petition those who represent us.
